1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the bm880 website at bm880.io, including all associated pages, services, games, betting markets, and mobile-optimised interfaces.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the bm880 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total BDT funds held in your bm880 Account at any given time, comprising deposited funds and any credited bonus funds (where applicable).
• "Real Money Balance" means the portion of your Account Balance comprising deposited and won funds, excluding any bonus or promotional credits.
• "Bonus Balance" means any promotional credit, welcome bonus, reload bonus, free spin credit, or other promotional value credited to your Account subject to wagering conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before the resulting balance (or a portion thereof) becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by bm880 before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed appropriate by bm880.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all bm880 account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and betting markets are denominated.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account on the bm880 Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, the bm880 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or policies published on the Platform from time to time. These documents together constitute the entire agreement between you and bm880 with respect to your use of the Platform.

Your continued use of the bm880 Platform following any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically. bm880 will take reasonable steps to notify registered players of material changes, including by posting a notice on the Platform or sending an email to the address registered on your Account.

3 Eligibility

To open and maintain an Account on bm880 and to use any service on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account:

• You are aged 21 years or older. bm880 operates a strict 21+ policy. Underage gambling is a criminal offence and bm880 actively enforces age verification on all accounts.
• You are a natural person — corporate accounts, trust accounts, and accounts registered on behalf of a third party are not permitted.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion scheme or database that prohibits you from accessing gambling services.
• You are not an employee, officer, director, or contractor of bm880, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You have not previously had an Account on bm880 that was suspended, terminated, or closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions or any other policy of the Platform.

bm880 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any eligibility condition at any time and to suspend or terminate an Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to bm880's reasonable satisfaction.

4 Account Registration

Each player may register one Account only on the bm880 Platform. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or a different identity — is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You agree to promptly update any information that changes after registration by contacting bm880 support.

bm880 may at any time request supporting documentation to verify the information provided during registration, including but not limited to:

• A government-issued photo identity document (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash or Nagad account in your name, or copy of bank card)

5 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bm880 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

You agree to notify bm880 support immediately at [email protected] upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to, or use of, your Account. bm880 will take appropriate action to secure your Account upon receiving such notification, which may include a temporary account suspension while the matter is investigated.

bm880 will never request your Account password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from bm880 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to bm880 support immediately.

bm880 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials, except to the extent that such loss arises from bm880's own negligence or wilful misconduct.

6 Deposits

All deposits to your bm880 Account are processed in BDT. bm880 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at bm880's discretion.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Subject to the limits applicable to your chosen payment method and any account-level limits set by bm880.
• Processing time: Deposits via bKash and Nagad credit to your Account balance immediately upon confirmation. Card deposits may take up to 15 minutes depending on the card issuer's processing time.

You may only deposit funds from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment method is registered to a different person — are strictly prohibited. Deposits identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed and the relevant Account may be suspended pending investigation.

bm880 does not accept deposits originating from any form of credit facility, loan, or borrowed funds. You are responsible for ensuring that the funds you deposit represent money that you can reasonably afford to use for gambling entertainment.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your bm880 Account are processed in BDT to the payment method used for your most recent deposit, provided that method supports withdrawals. Where the original deposit method does not support withdrawals, bm880 may process the withdrawal via an alternative method to be agreed with you.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Processing time: Approved withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically completed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval, during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours. Card withdrawals may take 3 to 5 business days depending on the card issuer.
• KYC requirement: KYC verification must be fully completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.

bm880 reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including where the withdrawal amount is unusually large, where the account's betting pattern is unusual, or where bm880 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

bm880 offers various promotional incentives to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Pohela Boishakh, and Eid. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Each promotion is available to eligible players only. Eligibility conditions are stated on the relevant promotion page.
• All bonus credits are subject to a Wagering Requirement stated in the applicable promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, the default wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Unused bonus credit will expire and be removed from your Account Balance at the end of the validity period.
• bm880 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn while you hold an active Bonus Balance under that promotion, the existing Bonus Balance and its associated wagering conditions will remain in effect until the validity period expires.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, collusion between players to satisfy wagering requirements, or the use of low-risk betting strategies designed specifically to meet wagering conditions without genuine game participation — is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

9 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting markets on the bm880 Platform. Specific rules applicable to individual sports, leagues, and market types are published in the bm880 Betting Rules section, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed. bm880 does not accept bet cancellation or amendment requests after a bet has been placed and confirmed.
• bm880 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was opened or settled in error, including typographical errors in odds, market descriptions, or event details.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at bm880's discretion, including during periods of technical difficulty or where bm880 has reason to suspect irregular betting activity.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned, postponed, or cancelled will be settled according to the bm880 rules applicable to the relevant sport. In most cases, bets on abandoned events will be voided and the stake returned.
• Maximum payout limits apply to all betting markets. The applicable limit for each market type is displayed at the time of bet placement.
• bm880 reserves the right to limit the stake size or number of bets accepted from any individual player at bm880's sole discretion and without notice.

10 Casino Games

The bm880 casino suite includes slot games, live casino table games (including Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Teen Patti, and Andar Bahar), and virtual table games. All casino games are provided by third-party game studios including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 11 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bm880 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of all Account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraudulent activity: Including but not limited to the use of stolen payment methods, false identity documents, or manipulation of payment processes.
• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one Account on the bm880 Platform, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or betting market.
• Match-fixing and insider betting: Placing bets based on insider knowledge of fixed or manipulated sporting events, or using information that is not publicly available at the time of the bet.
• Automated betting software: Using bots, scripts, algorithms, or any form of automated betting tool to interact with the bm880 Platform.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion, including through multi-accounting, collusion, or systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to meet wagering requirements.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your payment provider in respect of a deposit that has been genuinely credited to and used in your bm880 Account.

12 Responsible Gaming

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bm880's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bm880 Account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bm880 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of the Platform, even if bm880 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bm880 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary periods of unavailability.

14 Intellectual Property

All content on the bm880 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game assets, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of bm880 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without bm880's prior written consent.

15 Privacy & Data Protection

bm880 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the bm880 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account on bm880, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

16 Amendments to These Terms

bm880 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where the amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a player — bm880 will provide not less than 14 days' notice of the change by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address registered on your Account.

Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections, clarifications, or amendments required to comply with applicable law) may take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice. The "Effective" date displayed at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent amendment.

If you do not accept an amendment to these Terms & Conditions, you must stop using the Platform before the amendment takes effect and contact support to request Account closure. Continued use of the Platform after the amendment's effective date constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.

17 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and bm880 regarding the operation of the Platform, the settlement of a bet, or any other matter covered by these Terms & Conditions, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Informal resolution: Contact bm880 support at [email protected] with a detailed description of your complaint. bm880 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 business days.
• Step 2 — Formal complaint: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at Step 1, you may escalate to bm880's complaints department by submitting a formal written complaint to the same email address, marked clearly as a formal complaint.
• Step 3 — Final decision: bm880 will issue a final written decision within 28 business days of receiving your formal complaint. This decision constitutes bm880's final position on the matter.

bm880 does not submit to the jurisdiction of any external alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme unless expressly stated otherwise in these Terms & Conditions or in a separate written agreement between you and bm880.
